#stayathome

Hello! First post! Crossfit newbie here.

Although I have been working through this covid-19 thing, stay at home for the rest of the world means no crossfit classes for everyone :(

I went to some crossfit on and off from Nov 2019-Feb 2020 until classes got cancelled for everyone, but this time of homegym WODs and all has lighted a fire in me, so wanted this place to
a) post my homegym WODS
b) make some crossfit related resolutions for whenever the gyms re-open
c) log my PRs (my current barbell weight isnt that heavy but oh well) 

So here goes!
Crossfit Resolutions:
1) finish up my current 4 classes in my 10 class pack (whenever gyms re-open)
2) join as a regular member 
3) Aim to go 10x/ month at minimum (yeah #shiftwork makes it hard). so that is like 2-3x/week? totally doable! (to make #2 worthit)
4) Take part in the next open!! in like 2021. well. definitely will be doing scaled but its ok...
5) another long term goal - really want to try the crossfit L1 course also! but think i shld be a regular member for a year first to learn more crossfit... and at least be able to do pullups/ handstands/Rx first. 

For now - try and do 1 wod per week from my gym's sugarWOD's homegym
Haha that's all i can do with this circuitbreaker going on now...
